IMO it's not a dupe, unless you want to sit through an hour long video to watch this 2 minute segment. Also this video is from someone filming in the audience, where the longer video is not.

There are plenty of shorter videos here that are parts of longer videos that have been discussed before and declared not dupes.

I think the faq currently says if you post a clip from a longer segment already sifted then it's a dupe, but I don't understand that myself. Seems like if you post a longer video that is composed mostly of shorter clips already sifted, that should be the only dupe situation. But that's just me.

I have a strange idea for sift v. 8.17528. I see the relevance of both the full video, and many of it's parts taken separately. Some way to link parts of a video to the fuller video and vice-versa maybe?
